Having successfully processed and managed thousands of files, I know exactly what it takes to make a transaction seamless and bulletproof against Department of Real Estate scrutiny. I founded Onyx & Sage to provide agents with a proactive, eagle-eyed partner who catches contract risks before they become timeline problems. As a proud member of the California Association of Transaction Coordinators (CATC), I hold my operations to the absolute highest industry standards.

While I am a licensed Realtor, my professional focus is strictly dedicated to your back office. I do not actively sell real estate or represent outside clients—reserving my license solely for my own personal property investments.
